Refund policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy:

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Once an order has been dispatched, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, the customer is entitled to a full replacement or refund upon providing proof. Disputes are handled promptly and respectfully through direct communication.
